"If I could rate this insurance company and this specific office anything lower, believe me I would. My worst mistake was ever filing a claim with this agency, let alone trusting them to execute their job efficiently. Not only did it take them over a month to follow up on a claim I had made, they openly admitted my claim “fell through the cracks.” They admitted to not documenting every phone call when I reached out to their claims dispatch team and couldn’t find ways to remedy their wrongdoings. Also; they admitted to discovering their staff were caught lying about completing certain tasks on my claim that were never actually completed. Lindsay, Chad, Angie, are all of which I had to unfortunately deal with. Lindsay was directed to escalate my complaints and concerns with a supervisor- that never happened. Their lack of integrity, professionalism and needless to say; competency- were reflected in every interaction I had. I’ve never had this kind of displeasure dealing with an insurance company of such low caliber as State Farm. Please take your business elsewhere and do not expect this office to treat you anything more than just a number in their files. There is a reason so many third parties, collision repair shops, dealerships, and many other agencies- detest collaborating with this insurance company. I did not quite understand why so many negative comments were said about State Farm until I had to personally go through this experience myself. To this day, I am perplexed as to how they have positive reviews. Please do not give them your business and listen to the negative feedback this insurance company receives because it’s said for a reason."
